Your role

You will be responsible and accountable for the successful implementation of the ServiceNow platform on complex and large-scale engagements.

  • Align to an industry Sector within GPS and build strong relationships with Deloitte account leads, educating and raising awareness of the ServiceNow platform and working with them to identify a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Build solid client relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision makers
  • Lead business and practice development activities relating to our growing ServiceNow market offering including pre-sales activities and proof of concepts.
  • Defining, shaping, leading and delivering projects within a client portfolio.
  • Together with the Government and Public Services (GPS) ServiceNow industry leadership team, lead work on our propositions, go to market activities and lead generation.
  • Support the mobilisation of projects and their underlying delivery components; defining scope, progressing initial investment cases, driving key resourcing and planning.
  • Take ownership for delivering important and large programmes for our clients, often as part of broader transformation initiatives.
  • Responsible for setting standards across programmes for correct delivery methodologies and governance.
  • Manage scope and timelines to ensure the team can deliver on time.
  • Manage a team and support Deloitte's workplace culture of wellness and balance.
  • Work across teams to bring our best expertise to our deliverables - from UX, to regulatory know-how.
  • Work with BAs, developers, and designers to ensure a high standard of deliverables are achieved
  • Bring and develop a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem - including existing and emerging ServiceNow products.
  • Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
  • Leading in the coaching, mentorship, and development of other team members.
  • Understanding and contributing to the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive environment.

Location: Your home office will be London or one of our regional offices, but this client-facing role provides opportunity for travel in the UK and overseas.

Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. This is a full-time role, or this role can be worked on a part-time basis, with a minimum of four days (80% presence) a week.

Your professional experience:

To qualify for the role you must demonstrate skills and experiences in the following:

  • A background or experience working in Healthcare or related industries
  • Commercial awareness to manage effective client, supplier and partner relationships.
  • Experience in building and influencing a network of senior stakeholders, leveraging these contacts to identify and develop commercial opportunities
  • Proven experience in the delivery of large-scale technology transformation projects for GPS institutions, including experience in the delivery of ServiceNow projects in areas like IT, HR, Risk, Operations or Customer Service.
  • Security Clearance or willingness to undergo clearance once joining Deloitte.
  • Managing functional and technical project teams ensuring project remains within scope, time and cost projections.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and multiple modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging and varied environment.

Additional desirable experience:

  • Certified in Prince2 or Agile disciplines
  • Certified in ITIL v3/4 Foundation or higher certifications.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer.
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation.
