Within Xebia we have started setting up Cloud Control. The Service Delivery department of g-company is a forerunner in this! Our department is involved in supporting both existing customers and new customers.
Within the Service Delivery team you are the spider in the web who always has an overview and proactively supports the customers as the Account Managers of both g-company and Binx.io.
You are responsible for drawing up and managing contracts, placing orders with our suppliers or distributors and monitoring the delivery of orders. For our larger customers, you do this in collaboration with the Account Managers.
You work closely with the various departments within Xebia, such as Legal and Finance.
