Your role

Your role will be within our Service Deliveryteam. You will help current customers with all their questions regarding the use of our beautiful products. Initially, with a focus on Freshworks, but we are also pleased to train you in one or more of the other products. You are the calling card of our organization and - through a combination of substantive knowledge and social skills - can quickly solve issues for our clients.

You try to solve as many questions as possible independently. However, if this is not possible, you call the consultants within g-company. Or you contact, for example, one of the suppliers to solve the problem.

You constantly work to improve your knowledge by obtaining various certifications. In addition, you will develop your skills through coaching, training, and by watching your colleagues work. The great thing about g-company is that we offer many training opportunities.

Your responsibilities

  • You are the face of g-company. As the first point of contact, you provide pleasant communication and quick solutions to problems for our clients by telephone and e-mail.
  • You quickly understand the client's question through your conversation techniques, solution orientation, and communication skills.
  • Is the question really too complicated? Then you forward it to the third-line support internally or to Google, Freshworks or
  • Salesforce.
  • You have day-to-day contact with our suppliers via various channels.

Your expertise

  • You have excellent communication skills, and you know how to express yourself clearly. And your capacity to listen is even better.
  • You have concluded relevant education at Bachelor / HBO level or higher.
  • Excellent command of the English language (and mastering the Dutch language is an advantage).
  • Affinity with cloud solutions, private or through your work.
  • Experience with Freshworks is an advantage. But don't worry if not, because otherwise, we will train you!
