WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

After year 1, the Sales Director successfully acquired business worth of €400.000 in outbound deals.

  • Closed a high volume of deals sourced by SDRs.
  • Developed a localized closing playbook based on experience in the market.
  • Actively identified and approached the top 50 strategic accounts in the market

Day to day:

  • 40% - Approaching and selling to strategic accounts themselves.
  • 40% - Following-up with sales-qualified opportunities (sourced by SDRs).
  • 10% - becoming the face of Amberscript in the local market for PR, webinars, trade shows and other market-specific activities.
  • 10% - delivering input to localize Amberscript's strategy to the specific market.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are just as comfortable digging into an Excel model as you are giving an interview on the six o'clock news.
  • You have a background in business development or sales and have helped other companies scale in the region.
  • You are a native speaker and familiar with the nuances of the local market.
  • You have been working with marketing channels and have a good understanding of business development.
  • Experience with SaaS and start-up environments is a big plus.
  • You have a strategic mindset and have worked in entrepreneurial environments previously.
  • You are a strong communicator with a hands-on mentality and are not afraid of getting the work done.
  • You have a natural drive to support your ambitions with numbers and data, are able to quickly test new ideas, and pivot where necessary.
  • You know how to hire and develop talent. You are truly entrepreneurial and want to grow the P&L.
