We have an excellent opportunity for a Digital Planner to join our growing team in Leeds.

You will work closely with the Account Manager and Account Director to implement and execute Digital Media campaigns across a whole spectrum of Digital Media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Programmatic, Audio Visual media and Podcasts.

We’re looking for someone with strong planning and buying experience across Paid Search, Paid Social and/or Display (programmatic). The role is fast paced and varied and would suit someone who can plan, build and optimise these campaigns.

How you’ll make an impact

You will come in and hit the ground running – working closely with your team and Account Manager to implement and execute agreed Digital Media strategy across your clients, creating insight driven media campaigns to give our clients an unfair competitive advantage!

What will be the main focus of the role?

  • Build and execute cross channel digital media plans
  • Ensure targets and projected forecast spend/volume is being met
  • Negotiate pricing and discuss performance with relevant suppliers
  • Be the point-person for optimisations across all channels & support analysts/executives with implementation
  • Discuss performance, planning and redeploying of budget with client
  • Complete proactive analysis of trend and performance data
  • Update the team on performance and key metrics for campaigns
  • Work closely with AM to train and develop juniors in your team
  • Scoping, pitching and executing new initiatives (new channels, tests, tech etc)

Experience required to succeed in this role

  • 1+ years digital media experience across Paid Search, Paid Social or Programmatic Display
  • Understanding of core digital channels and campaigns
  • Understand of how these channels fit into the overall marketing mix
  • Experience using all or some of: Google Ads, SA360, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DV360, CM360, Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience working in a media agency environment
  • Analytical with the ability to interpret data and communicate to team and clients
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
