About the team:

We are looking for a Brand Experience Manager to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of shaping the brand and marketing strategy in a fast paced, web 3 environment.

Please note this role will be hybrid and you will split your time between KO's office in the heart of Manchester and home.

As Brand Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving our brand across experience, digital, strategic partnerships and campaign activation. You will be focussed on increasing brand awareness across the creator economy and engaging with our existing community of artists and collectors. In this wide ranging role you will:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, deliver and maintain the brand strategy including activating cross channel brand awareness campaigns
  • Own the effective roll out of a refreshed brand identity across all brand touchpoints
  • Take responsibility for the planning and delivery of experiential activations including concept, planning, management and production
  • Lead the online brand experience
  • Facilitate brand collaborations with third party agencies and strategic partners

Job Requirements

  • 5 years experience in a Marketing Campaign and Brand Management role (with at least two years of brand management)
  • Proven experience developing and executing effective brand campaigns
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Experience of brand measurement techniques and working with research agencies
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience/ Interest in web 3/NFTs/crypto is beneficial but not essential
