In this exciting position, you would be responsible for developing merchandisingand retail design guidelines in line with Brand positioning and consumer insights. This includes regular updates on new product development and overall Brand direction, which need to be reflected visually on all retail touchpoints.The Role & Responsibilities

Reporting directly the Global Retail Design & Merchandising director as part of the Global Retail Design & Merchandising team

. Create retail design guidelines for category and launch

. Create impactful visions for launch displays

. Delivering engaging user experiences

. Create POS content matching with the brandby liaising with the categories to set-up/develop concepts

. Ensure to keep overall consistency across all touchpoints (on and offline) on a global scale to reflect the brand’s DNA and image to the shoppers

. Enforcing and develop Brand sustainability objectives

. Collect return on experience data and feedback from merch deployed in countries

. Drive analysis and incorporate feedback in upcoming projects to drive continuous improvement and added value impacts

. Conceive and create World Wide Meeting prototypes

. Create and update Garnier’s brand experience area in Retail Lab

. Ensure the global merchandising communication for category and launch across a wide team (top management, brand leaders, project managers, zones, countries)

. Co-develop specific merchandising project with lead country

. Give guidance and act as point of contact for countries

The ideal candidate profile

. Degree in Interior Design/ Industrial Design/Architecture

. Good aesthetic sensibility and technical knowledge is essential

. Strong experience in Merchandising global or operational team

. Demonstrated skills at simultaneously projects managing multiple merchandising projects

. Ability to collaborateand communicate effectively with different teams (marketing, communication, sales, operations, zones and countries)

. Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensibility and a strong sense of ethics

. Masters freehand sketching, Sketchup Pro, Vray 3.0, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Rhino, CAD and Office
