Key Job Accountabilities

To manage the quality system to comply with all neecessary quality specifications and legal requirement

  • Establish and maintain local quality management system to ensure that all products are released to the market in accordance with the registered specifications and with local regulations and internal Company guidelines.
  • Manage product quality issues found in distribution process and market including investigation, cause analysis, determining and monitoring the corrective actions and the preventive actions and issuing investigation reports.
  • Manage the system for customer complaint related product quality issues to ensure all complaints information and physical products are delivered to appropriate teams for improvement.
  • Define and monitor quality management KPIs
  • To master in testing of quasi drug products and develop the expertise of these activieties
  • Manage the team of quality controlers responsible for carrying out quality control of quasi drug products appropriate methods and specifications
  • Ensure the correct application of quality control methods in laboratory
  • Train the team on appropriate techniques, methods and products
  • Ensure records meet the relevant standards (authorisation, validation, results and decisions) Contribute to the implementation of Quality Assurance methods
  • Define and monitor quality management KPIs
  • Ensure quality control equipment is on hand and in good working order

Must Have Aspects

  • Educational background: Degree in Science
  • Language: Japanese, English (Intermediate level or above )
  • Working experience: 3years experience of quality activities in a cosmetics / quasi-drug / drug industry
  • Sufficient knowledge and experience of chemical analysis (at least mutiple type of Chromathgraphy)
  • Strong quality mind set
  • Experience of collaboration with internal stakeholders of regulatory experts
  • Logical thinking based on physical and chemical knowledge
  • PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualification

  • Educational background: Degree in pharmacy or chemistry
  • ・Working experience: 3years experience of quality or manufacturing in a cosmetics and quasi drug
  • Sufficient knowledge and experience of chemical analysis in quality sector (at least mutiple type of Chromathgraphy)
  • Experience of supervising staff(s)
