Position Purpose:

Provide support in day-to-day tasks within the Marketing Department with a focus on Brand and Product Marketing.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Marketing Manager with all marketing initiatives and activities related to all global campaigns, special collaborations, key brand- and product initiatives, brand materials and all other ad-hoc divisions were needed and necessary

Reporting and analysis on current, upcoming, and future marketing projects and campaigns

Competitor research and benchmarking

Briefing, coordination, and implementation of marketing materials such as brand presentations, campaign overviews, partner and collaboration reports and others

Coordination between key internal departments such as Merchandise, Wholesale, Product/Design, Ecom, Press, Communications

Organizational support for seasonal market launches

Manage dedicated and small scale projects independently

Updating brand presentations and keeping track of campaign roll-out presentations, updating folders, overseeing creative assets and updating the server; keeping the server structure and keeping track of creative deliverables

Hosting of guests for KL meetings

Administrative support for office-related tasks

SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period

Management, Fashion, Marketing, Communication or Business related studies

Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written, and ideally French and or German speaking

Familiar with MS Office software suites; Photoshop is a plus

PROFILE:

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Able to work in an international work environment

Interest & passion for the fashion industry

Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive “can-do” attitude are a must

Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
