Within the COO domain, the department IT-Delivery Investments Integration Services was set-up in 2021. The department consists of solution architects, engineers and project managers and is responsible for the support of several integration platforms and the coordination and realization of projects within a number of investment integration areas, like:

  • Investments and Accounting book of records;
  • Client and Transfer agent cashflow process;
  • API platform and API integration within Robeco;
  • Client Lifecycle Management;
  • CICD platform and CICD integration within Robeco.

This is done in close collaboration with many departments within Robeco.

Position & Requirements

We are looking for a candidate for the position of "Solution architect/Project manager” within the ITD IIS team who can help realize our ambitions.



A suitable candidate has at least Bachelor+ education and work level with > 3 years of experience in the financial market. A background in asset management (NAV, Fund Accounting, Operations) is a plus. A background/interest in IT is also a plus. A natural tendency to oversee the full picture of a process and being able to explain and present this clearly to others is a must have. You are able to come up and design solutions and coordinate the necessary changes within and outside your team. You can deliver results and achieve objectives. You are hands-on, proactive and supportive. You are a strong team player and support your colleagues by sharing knowledge and doing peer reviews of designs.

Knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor+ education and work level;
  • > 3 years relevant experience working;
  • Background in NAV, Fund Accounting, Operations is a plus
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project management methodology
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint;
  • Behavioral skills such as pro-active, communication, organization sensitivity, ability to connect, coordination and stakeholder management;
  • Competences such as hands-on, analytical skills, structure and result driven;
  • Focus on Quality Assurance aspects in projects/changes;
  • Proficient in the Dutch as well as English language (written and spoken).


  • Start 01-01-2022;
  • Availability of 5 days per week / 40 hours
