About the role:
At Worldpay from FIS, the Employee Experience team are working to drive belonging, engagement, and career opportunities for its colleagues. Working within the President’s Chief of Staff office, the Employee Experience (EX) team deliver high-impact, strategic initiatives to drive results for colleagues globally. As part of this team, you will be a part of new and ongoing projects that enhance the overall employee experience for over 6000 colleagues globally.
In this role, you will report into the EX Project Director, providing operational and communications support, and support strategic initiatives with the primary focus of delivering for our colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, PR and internal/external branding skills, as well as a good knowledge of social media and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
