Job Description

About the role:

At Worldpay from FIS, the Employee Experience team are working to drive belonging, engagement, and career opportunities for its colleagues. We are the world largest acquirer, and our colleagues are essential to the success of our business. Working within the President’s Chief of Staff office, the Employee Experience (EX) team deliver high-impact, strategic initiatives to drive results for colleagues globally. As part of this team, you will be a part of new and ongoing projects that enhance the overall employee experience for over 6000 colleagues globally.

In this role, you will report into the EX Project Director, providing operational and communications support, and support strategic initiatives with the primary focus of delivering for our colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, PR and internal/external branding skills, as well as a good knowledge of social media and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

What you will be doing:

  • Organizational communications & social media
  • Drive the content and creation of regular team communications on behalf of executive
  • Support creation of materials for key executive meetings (Town Halls, Leadership meetings etc.)
  • Support creation of internal and external content to support strategic goals (e.g., for Executive social media)
  • Assist in the creation of presentations using MS PowerPoint, providing best practice on approach, slide design and script for an array of audiences
  • Colleague experience
  • Support the design and delivery of global employee engagement strategies
  • Identify engagement opportunities and challenges through a strong stakeholder network
  • Support general organizational and people experiences (e.g., Exec office visits, Leadership offsites, colleague social events, I&D networks)
  • Recruitment and career development
  • Support the roll-out of promoting Worldpay as an employer of choice for external talent through external branding, social media and events
  • Support the improvement of new team member onboarding, career path shaping, and push Learning & Development efforts
  • Inclusion & Diversity
  • Support the roll-out of a global Mentoring program, driving a program of events and promoting the program across the organization
  • Partner with FIS Inclusion networks, identifying opportunities for executive engagement and promoting events across the organization as part of communication plan
  • Special projects
  • Support one-off projects that sit outside of the current scope that feed into the overall Employee Experience project

What you bring:

  • Passionate about people and employee experience; eager to jump in and get involved
  • Possess a strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as editing skills
  • Confident with social media and strong brand awareness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in developing MS PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience in PR, Communication or Marketing focussed roles an added bonus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and across all organizational levels where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important
  • Multi-talented professional that can successfully perform multiple and varying responsibilities and is able to handle a degree of ambiguity
  • Ability to address urgent, ad hoc projects that arise while balancing other priorities
  • Ability to successfully overcome obstacles
  • Self-motivated, strong organization skills and detail oriented with willingness to learn
  • Confident personality with excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
