A commercial and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager with a growth mindset who gets things done. With your drive for results, you deliver top-line growth by curating a pipeline and by converting it into actual agreements and client acquisitions.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for several Business Development Managers.

Your activities include:

  • Actively creating and following up on pipeline.
  • Prospecting potential clients through your network and acquisition activities.
  • Executing demo’s and an optimal client experience in the sales funnel.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms and all the necessary paperwork for data processing activities.
  • Optimizing sales funnel activities and communication based on data from the sales process.
  • Delivering results upon defined key performance metrics (OKR’s) based on registered activities in Hubspot.
  • Your experience and background
  • You love to hunt for new clients and get deals done. You smoothly combine your listening skills with consultative selling skills. You are diligent, succinct in communication and constantly tracking and securing progress. You are hyper-focused on achieving the set goals. And you have:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in software or HR tech.
  • a good understanding of how human resources work.
  • a strong drive to close deals and achieving your targets. Strong listening skills and conscientiousness are important.
  • skills to start, curate and manage different commercial phases and processes and optimize the sales cycle where needed.
  • a sense of responsibility towards improvement of Product & Service, working closely with the other teams - Product & Development, Marketing & Customer Success.
  • fluent (orally and in writing) in both Dutch and English (must-have!).
