The SC Process Assurance Manager is responsible for strengthenning the Governance aspect of the SC processes in GEMS (SBM prcesses), and the SC function’s performance by making our processes/procedures more robust and user friendly

ROLE CONTRIBUTION

The SC Process Assurance Manager contributes to :

  • Maintaining (including improving and upgrading), Monitoring andsteering the QA processes, for the existing business processes as well as for new business processes.
  • Complying with ISO accreditation requirements
  • Investigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutions (Quality circle)
  • Creating and Maintaining of internal audits and Analysis of internal audit results as input to upgrading of the overall Quality system.
  • Delivering input for Management review and present advice & recommendations to the Management team in relation to Quality Management of the business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Certified QA ISO Auditor
  • Oil & Gas project Experience is a must have
  • Experience in :
  • Having written QA processes and procedures for corporate or Projects
  • Surveillance audits of Vendors
  • Managing internal audits of SC
  • Setting performance Indicators, Continuous improvement of processes
