As instructional designer you’re responsible for making training and self-service materials for our customers, partners, and colleagues. You will teach users to understand the benefits and usage of the software and explain how to work with it. You will create materials such as training tracks, e-learnings, demo’s, videos, infographics, documents and more. We will challenge you to apply your skills to a variety of formats. You decide what format suits each learning challenge best. We use the scrum-methodology to manage our work. English is our source language, but we also deliver content in Dutch, Flemish and Walloon.

You will join our Product learning & Enablement team within the Customer Success department, dedicated to teaching and explaining our multiple software solutions. We are known for our customer centricity, creative ideas and smooth cooperation. Asking for help if necessary and offering help if possible is part of their DNA. You will work closely together with other designers, writers, translators, out product owner and scrum master.

  • Experience in creating instructional or training design materials;
  • Experience in transferring knowledge;
  • Enthusiasm for working with learning goals and create digital learning materials that meet those goals;
  • Capacity to work both independently and in a team to reach team goals;
