About the Team

In Sales Ops, you will have an outstanding opportunity to work closely with our merchant sales teams in EMEA to drive productivity, effectiveness and compliance. Sales Operations is the nerve center for all things related to the merchants which join and operate on our Uber Eats platform with a primary focus on empowering our Sales teams in all EMEA markets to achieve their business goals. In this role, you will help build outstanding, compliant sales processes, design standard operating procedures, and support cross-functional projects. In doing so, you’ll make a direct impact by turning Uber Eats into the most trusted, go-to service for as many merchants as possible.

What You'll Do

  • Develop business insights: Work closely with operations, marketing, sales, finance and teammates, globally, to identify meaningful trends, problems and opportunities across regions
  • Improve and automate processes: Identify administrative tasks that impede sales from achieving their target, scope & partner with various teams to build automations that eliminate the tasks completely
  • Campaign Planning: You will work with the Sales inside teams to bring outbound campaigns to live. Define leads and track performance.
  • Analytics Support: Maintain critical reporting infrastructure to minimize downtime of core sales insights & dashboards

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s degree
  • Availability to work 6 months full time starting October 3rd, 2022
  • Working rights in United Kingdom (No sponsorship available)
  • Business Insight: Understanding and being fully aware of how our business operates and how it makes money and sustains profitable growth, now and in the future
  • Communication: Using interpersonal skills and situational awareness to clearly deliver information to a variety of audiences
  • Planning and Organization: Setting up and maintaining systems to appropriately structure and keep track of tasks and projects
  • Problem Solving: Effectively resolving issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic and common sense
  • Proficient with Excel and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • A prior internship experience working in a startup, tech company, consulting firm, or any kind of operations internship
