Equippo is a fast-growing international technology start-up that is revolutionizing the construction equipment industry. Business insiders referred to us as “The Zalando for excavators”.
We are looking for a sales development representative to join our young and dynamic Inside Sales Team. In this position, you will be responsible for qualifying and managing our german speaking buyers. The position is located in our office in Rotterdam.
What would you work on?
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Present and sell all of the Equippo multi-channel solutions and services.
- Source and grow sales with the new business by building strong/lasting, personal, and professional relationships with customers.
- Qualified leads generated by Equippo's marketing campaigns
- Pro-active prospecting and calling new customers as well as strong account management of the existing customer base.
- Achieve quarterly and annual production and performance targets
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and Update information within our CRM system
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business process
What do you bring to the table?
- You are a native German speaker and speak English fluently.
- Fluency in another European language is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a commercial role
- Strong presentation and strategic thinking
- You're relentlessly driven to seek new business.
- Self-confident, independent, responsible, and with an entrepreneurial spirit
Great to have
- Experience working in a scale-ups environment
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system
