In this vibrant position, you will be the engine of our sales machine in the South West region. You ensure that we grow our current customers and bring in new customers. You will build tactical relationships and develop our sales policy, procedures, and tools to bring new business.
Mainly you develop new relationships. You will use all service, business, and product opportunities available to you to achieve this goal. You will create these opportunities yourself if these opportunities do not seem to be there. The markets in which you operate are mainly Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Energy. But you'll also be able to help Stork grow in the areas of Food & Pharma, Digitization, CO2 reduction, and the Energy Transition.
You will be part of our sales department and report to the Business Line Director, functionally to the Director of Business Development and Strategy Europe.
1. Acquisition & Sales
You will identify and exploit new business opportunities and further expand existing relationships. In doing so, you can sell the entire Stork portfolio. Your focus is on new customers. You'll be responsible for the entire process from prospect to client and, ultimately, deal closure. It goes without saying that you will achieve your turnover targets and the predefined gross margin.
You have the talent to connect and to give and receive trust. You build internal support and coordination between the various functions and disciplines such as engineering, operations, and sales. You coordinate the Lead to Contract process and achieve the best result. Together with other Business Line Owners, you define the winning strategy for Stork. You ensure cooperation within Stork to deliver to a customer on time and in line with agreed-upon conditions.
3. Sales policy
You collect information on quantitative and qualitative developments to achieve your sales targets. You keep a sharp eye on market trends and customer needs and adapt the sales concepts accordingly. You'll advise your manager and company management on sales strategy and activities.
