The organisational and coordinating part is to help manage the execution of the programmes as they are delivered, for example, coordinating the taught sessions and workshops, liaising with guest speakers, external providers and the academites themselves. The Academy runs multiple programmes per year, both internally to hire and train academites, also to support our partnership with Generation UK in delivering the data engineering programme, and finally to deliver successful client Academies where required. • Assist in running our Placement Student intake: build up relationships with universities in order to source placement students who will join our Academy, with the aim of allowing us to maintain links following their time with us and offer employment upon leaving university.
  • Assist in continuing to grow and build our links with bootcamps, career change and return to work organisations, such as Generation UK, AWS re:start and Tech Returners, to source candidates from a wider pool and offer opportunities to a wider range of people.
  • Deliver a quality experience for all candidates, ensuring they are processed and communicated with in a timely manner and with the trademark friendly and people-focussed approach that Infinity Works are well known for.
  • Keep a record of all contact with candidates via our ATS system ‘Workable’, ensuring that candidates are moved through the recruitment pipeline appropriately.
  • Organising and facilitating assessment days, ensuring all assessors and candidates are aware of where they need to be, what they need to do, and when.
  • Feed back to both successful and unsuccessful candidates following assessment days.
  • Academy operation focussed
  • Help organise and project manage the running of multiple Academy programmes, including our Generation charity partnership and any client academies
  • Setup, organise and maintain our timesheet and expense system for use by the academites, instructors and guest speakers
  • Liaise with stakeholders across Infinity Works and Accenture to ensure relevant people within the business are fully involved in Academy activity for their region.
