Senior Engineering Manager - Engineering Support (ESUP Team)

You will be responsible for the day to day leadership of the globally distributed Engineering Support function. You will act as the ‘Voice of the Customer’ across Engineering and play a crucial role when it comes to our incident response management.

  • Solid management experience of a L3 or L4 technical support team or department.
  • Past experience of working with both large and small globally distributed teams, in high pressure, high risk situations.
  • Experience of supporting an Enterprise level global customer base.
  • The ability to drive collaboration throughout the department (regionally, globally and across all teams).
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing to customers as well as internally up to C-Level.
  • Experience identifying and providing feedback through 1:1s, effective use of personal development plans, experience managing 360 reviews.
  • Experience of working in a SaaS/Cloud environment, ideally within in the Cybersecurity space.
  • Proven ability to always display a customer centric approach.
