WHAT'S THE ROLE?

Are you a Bachelor or Master student (Marketing, Business, Engineering profile) with interest in Marketing? And would you like to join a very diverse international team focusing on BIM (Building Information Modelling)? For our BIM Competence Center in The Netherlands we are looking for a proactive colleague to support our marketing team with different marketing and business related topics.

WHO IS HILTI?

Although you probably know Hilti from strong presence in the construction industry in 120 countries with 30,000 people you might not directly think of Hilti and a BIM Competence Center. We are a multi-national team of Project Managers, Lead Engineers, Lead Modelers, and Modelers to deliver professional BIM project services to our partners and country organizations.

We utilize the BIM method and technologies in a highly practical way and act hereby as "Transformation partner" along with our renowned core competencies: MEP support systems, passive Fire-Protection, and Fastening Solutions. Located in the Netherlands with its advanced BIM market, strong network of collaboration partners, and universities we have the ideal base for a top-notch BIM Competence Center.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

You will support our Marketing department and will be mainly connected to our Marketing & Sales Consultant. As you will be working in a Global Competence Centre, high level of English will be key. Potential tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Planning and handling (digital) BIM Tours for international customers to drive acquisition
  • Creating and updating sales content and training material to support out BIM Project Managers
  • Internal and external communication activities
  • Support with marketing activities such as photoshoots and content creation
  • Support with business research activities for reporting and marketing purposes.

The activities might be adapted to the starting date of the internship and the profile of the applicant. The main goal: A challenging internship where you are able to learn a lot!

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

You will work in a dynamic, growing and ambitious organization within a driven international team that is developing further. You will be coached by your internship supervisor as well as receive lots of responsibility. The internship is for a minimum of 3 days a week, preferably 5 days and for the duration of minimum 4 months or longer starting from June/July. We will provide an internship allowance or student salary, travel compensation, laptop and smartphone for the duration of the total internship.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • You recently graduated or are a Bachelor or Master student in Marketing, Business or Engineering
  • You have a high interest in content creation (picture and video) and / or marketing (research)
  • You have a hands-on and ambitious mindset
  • You have the knowlegde of Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro and Excel
  • You are fluent in English, both oral and written
  • You are eligible to work in the Netherlands without a sponsorship
