The PMO / Business Analyst role sits within the Procurement excellence team. You'll be required to support projects/ programmes of business change working closely with the Procurement Non Production Spend (NPS) Commercial Director & Procurement Excellence Director, project delivery teams and business functions to provide process improvement, good governance and information sharing.

Supporting the Procurement NPS Commercial Director & Procurement Excellence Director in production of analysis / reports to indicate benefits status and financial status
Lead some specific initiatives (described below)
- Champion best practice approach to project management across the programme, advocating for the latest standards and processes.
- Asist with assessment of project/ programme delivery against the standards and processes
- Redefine existing processes to ensure maximum efficiencies
- Identification of KPIs to ensure success within the procurement excellence team
- Participate in identification common capabilities and opportunities for linking up, re-using and sharing of methods/resources between projects to ensure learning from experience is disseminated across the Programme.
- Maintenance of the plans regularly updating these and issuing to teams
- Assisting in the minuting and follow up and preparation of key governance forums supporting the Procurement Directors
- Documentation and follow up to assist with managing risks & issues within the programme.
- Producing and collating reports on project progress metrics
- Preparing and maintaining an overall schedule for resource use, which avoids bottlenecks and conflicting demands, and sequencing outcomes, to enable the efficient realisation of benefits
- Rebuilding and enhancing of the current Sharepoint document repository
- Review and propose remediation plans for key processes which are inefficient (eg. price communication for PS from the central team to the factories)
- Prepare and maintain a robust induction package for new joiners
- Support the contract coverage implementation with data analysis (using internal application)
