Join our dynamic Brand Experience and Design team of 25 focused on developing end-to-end experiences improving the lives of billions worldwide. You will lead and own the application of our brands in B2B. This includes managing our agencies, while collaborating across business units and internal teams. Today, our B2B team is a start-up environment within a larger company.

  • Lead and manage projects focused on the user/customer journey, including how to bridge online and offline
  • Lead and contribute to a variety of projects, from packaging to websites, campaigns to partnerships
  • Collaborate with a range of internal teams, from R&D to digital, while learning a lot in-between
  • -Shape design, brand and experience strategies around our products and services to best position our approach
  • Map and improve upon the end-to-end journey to deliver a distinctive, coherent and compelling brand experience
  • Understand our users/customers to improve products and services from both an emotional and functional perspective

Skills and experience…

Apart from being a pioneer, a bit of a rebel and someone fearless in the pursuit of building our brands’ future we are looking for some core skills and experience:

  • Foundation or degree in a service-design related discipline
  • 3+ years previous experience in design management with a track record of delivering creative excellence and disruption in service industries
  • Skilled in project management of all creative brand expressions – offline and online
  • Excellent financial management of design spend in relation to delivering KPIs
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience designing consumer service propositions – ideally in FMCG/CPG/OTC
  • Experience in B2B is a plus
  • Experience in ‘moments of truth’ or similar customer journey models
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with a strong personality to work well in multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Experience managing and briefing creative and production teams across disciplines
  • Strongly principled and supportive of others – particularly those less fortunate than yourself
