What you can expect from the work

In this role you will be responsible for managing and improving our recruitment efforts. You are continuously looking for innovative and new ways to keep up with our (international) growth. While doing that you make sure the quality of our hires and the candidate experience is top notch! Next to that:

  • You make sure there’s a (global) recruitment strategy in place to make sure we can keep finding new talent;
  • You grow, lead and coach your team of three recruiters. You make sure their workload is fairly divided, you keep track of their performance and see where we need to make adjustments in the process. Next to that you also share your and your teams’ recruitment knowledge and train our colleagues to recruit and select the best new team members;
  • You keep track of all recruitment related data that is available and make sure to use that data to keep improving our way of working and strategy going forward;
  • You stay on top of trends and innovations. You continuously keep evaluating the way we do things and see where we can make improvements. You make sure to look into (and even introduce) new initiatives when they are interesting for us: such as Campus Recruitment;
  • You are responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process for senior roles within the company (both national and international) and jump in to help the team with other roles when necessary!

About you

  • 5+ years experience in recruiting and talent acquisition in an international setting with at least 2 years experience in leading a recruitment team;
  • Ability to switch from strategic mindset to operational tasks and back again as well being able to contribute individually as well as deliver through others;
  • Passion for recruitment and a vision for what this could look like at TicketSwap as well as a drive for continuous improvement;
  • A love for building teams and growing the careers of others;
  • Great communication skills - fluent in English is a must;
  • It’s a plus if you have experience working in a fast growing scale-up.
