We’re looking for a data-driven, enterprising and organised marketing leader who shares our ambition in elevating the TicketSwap brand to assert itself as one of the most recognisable and credible brands within the global live events industry.

What you can expect from the work:

  • Leverage data to understand our customers and our funnel in-depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive revenue, customer growth, retention, activation, and/or engagement;
  • Collaborate with other members of the commercial team to come up with, prioritize and implement growth initiatives;
  • Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and website/apps traffic.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

About you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience using analytics to drive critical business decisions; examples include business/product/marketing analytics, business intelligence;
  • Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage with business stakeholders with minimal direction;
  • Experience with SQL and large unstructured datasets;
  • Skills in data visualization tools (Data Studio, Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau);
  • Experience in CRM data analysis is a plus;
  • Experience in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and SA360, and DV360 is a plus;
  • Experience in DMP or CDPs is a plus: Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar;
  • Knowledge and skills of SQL and Python for data modeling and statistical (data science) analysis is a plus.
