Are you seeking an opportunity to put your financial and analytical skills into practice in a global manufacturing company?

We are currently looking for an Intern to support our Commercial Finance team in our European headquarters in Oegstgeest! Being part of this international team, you will provide reporting and analytical support to our European Sales, Marketing and Procurement organizations.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support the monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis to ensure business owners get timely and accurate insights on their financial performance.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a standard Forecasting process.
  • Prepare ad hoc internal reporting sales analysis, update the performance reports models and create various analyses, and provide other associated support to the commercial and procurement teams.
  • Establish and build upon robust and cohesive working relationships between different teams - Finance, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, IT, and Business Intelligence.

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

  • Currently following a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business with a focus on Finance or any related studies.
  • Explorer / Self-starter mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Very good Excel skills (Pivot, vlookups, Conditional Operations) and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (in English).
  • Previous experience with complex data analysis is a benefit.
  • Someone highly motivated to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The preferred start date is Nov 1st, 2022. The ideal candidate is available for a minimum of 4 days a week for a duration of 6 months. The internship can be done remotely up to 3 days per week.
