As far as the work location is concerned, our company relies on remote first, which means that you can work anywhere (home, our offices in Darmstadt and Amsterdam, co-working spaces). I joined Omnia as a BDR in August and shortly after it was offered to me to join the traineeship. At Omnia they really give you the support and room you need in order to learn and grow. You really get encouraged to take on responsibility and push yourself.
