Are you a student searching for a Student Job that challenges you? Then this might interest you! We are looking for a committed student to further expand our Customer Support team with immediate effect. This position is available with flexible working hours (between 08:00h - 19:00h). As far as the work location is concerned, our company relies on remote first, which means that you can work anywhere (home, our offices in Darmstadt and Amsterdam, co-working spaces). Remuneration is on an hourly basis.

As a Support employee your tasks will include:

  • Answering questions on the phone and via our ticket system
  • Developing pricing strategies based on specific customer requests
  • Onboarding of new customers
  • Training of customers
  • Supporting the team in various projects in Marketing & Sales

Requirements

To be able to excel in this position you are already:

  • A systematic person in the way you study/work
  • Someone with a pleasant personality
  • A people-oriented person with a solution-making attitude
  • Good at expressing yourself to others passing a clear message
  • Fluent in German and English, both writing and speaking
  • Able to work in a team
  • Confident handling MS-Office
