Our insurance Practice...

We work on some of the most cutting-edge initiatives in the UK insurance sector (General Insurance, Life and Pensions, London Markets, and Supporting Service Providers), helping our clients navigate this changing market and working environment. This means we are often right in the thick of it, on innovative and exciting engagements, powering the growth of our Insurance consultancy practice.

On joining our Wealth and Asset Management team you could be working across a breadth of business and technology functions in a range of projects to deliver customer, people, process and technology outcomes.

What will you be doing?

Example projects include:

  • Developing a strategic target operating model for a wealth manager;
  • Articulating a product strategy, market sizing and competitor analysis for a private bank;
  • Designing data innovation capabilities for an asset manager;
  • Transformation delivery for a new investment platform;
  • Climate change risk scenario modelling;
  • Development of business and functional operating models and cost optimisation.

So, what are we looking for?

We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Don't worry about 'fitting into a quota'; if you can demonstrate some of the skills we are after we would love to hear from you. Some of the key sills we are looking for:

  • A deep understanding of how these businesses operate and the key processes within them;
  • A strong network of colleagues, clients and peers in the industry;
  • A good working knowledge of the regulatory agenda and the ramifications for clients;
  • Knowledge of the technology landscape including WRAP platforms and/or administration systems and/or Fintech players relevant to the industry.
  • Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and create a pragmatic approach to solve them;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills up to a senior level, CIO, COO, CRO;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • A desire to collaborate and work with others to get the best outcomes for our clients;
  • An interest in helping to build and develop our capabilities, thought leadership and offerings.
