What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect to join us on a 12 month FTC. The main purpose of this role:

  • Responsible for all aspects of integration of our line of business systems and applications within the Programme including requirements gathering, design, and implementation
  • Working with our vendors and internal change team as part of our long term replatforming programme, reporting to the IT Transformation Lead
  • Ensure candidate and employee experience is a core aspect or all deliverables and projects, and that we use bring tangible benefits from our project work to benefit the firm.

As part of this, you will be accountable for the following:

  • Participating in the Design authority for the integration architecture, with a focus on Microsoft cloud/dataverse technologies.
  • Own the programme integration roadmap ensuring alignment to the wider programme delivery roadmap
  • Manage, support and develop junior members of the team and provide mentoring where required
  • Work closely with all areas of the business to drive efficiencies, and create innovative new solutions and enhancements.
  • In conjunction with our and Head of Infosec, ensure we are compliant with all data consent/privacy and information security legislations/best practices
  • Maintain a forward-looking view on all existing and emerging integration technologies
  • Production of the integration workstream artefacts

So, what are we looking for?

We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. If you can demonstrate some of the skills we are after we would love to hear from you. Some of the key sills we are looking for:

  • Integration architecture experience, ideally with Microsoft Azure integration technologies and/or Dynamics 365
  • Ability to work with 3rd party vendors and software developers/engineers
  • Demonstrable experience of integrating numerous disparate systems and accounting for both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Experience of package adoption and implementation (preferably ERP)
  • Experience in engaging business and technical stakeholders, have strong communications skills and ability to explain technical content to non-technical stakeholders
  • Have clear passion for improvement through technology innovation to our team and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment.
