About the role

As a RMA Returns Specialist you will be part of the Field Service Parts team within the Support & Services department of EVBox. This team deals with the logistics and repair of our charging stations’ spare parts. In this role you are responsible for the processing of RMA requests, claims and returns. You keep track of all incoming and outgoing spare parts and ensure selected spare parts get sent to the relevant partner (repair) sites. You will report to the Manager, Field & Service Parts Management.

Main responsibilities:

  • To process in a timely manner the returns requests created by our support agents on behalf of our customers
  • To liaise with our Service Centre on the returns and potential repairs, common faults and communicate these if necessary to the engineering team
  • Process bulk collections from our Field Service Partners ensuring their paperwork is correct
  • Track and manage returns through Salesforce Case Report(s)
  • Act as the secondary liaison between Field Service Operations team, the storage warehouse personnel and Support Agents
  • Organise collections where applicable via our third-party logistics warehouses
  • Ensure the credit process is followed and customers are communicated with clearly around the terms of any credits collections in conjunction with the Warranty Claims Manager
  • Liaise with the Warranty Claims Manager on any large return requests

Required experience & knowledge

  • Several year’s professional experience in a similar Returns / Supply Chain / Logistics role
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Salesforce, SAP)
  • Comfortable managing communication with third-party logistics warehouses
  • Great task prioritization and time management skills
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Experience in an international environment a plus
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft (Excel: pivot tables and formulas), Word, PowerPoint and Access, Google (Gmail, Calendar)
