About the role
As a RMA Returns Specialist you will be part of the Field Service Parts team within the Support & Services department of EVBox. This team deals with the logistics and repair of our charging stations’ spare parts. In this role you are responsible for the processing of RMA requests, claims and returns. You keep track of all incoming and outgoing spare parts and ensure selected spare parts get sent to the relevant partner (repair) sites. You will report to the Manager, Field & Service Parts Management.
