What you will do

As an Intern in our Commercial Excellence team, focussed on the Partnership side of the business, you’ll support the commercial performance of all major destinations in the region. Based in our Headquarters in Amsterdam, you’ll report directly to the Head of Commercial Excellence. Your primary responsibility will be supporting projects within the partnership life cycle. This means you will be in touch with a broad range of stakeholders within the company. You’ll be supporting partnership development projects by finding creative solutions that not only meet our partner’s needs but also help bring the Partnership department to the next level

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the project scoping and research in the discovery phase
  • Understand the partner journey map and identify solutions for a smooth partner experience
  • Be the contact person to our partners via email when they reach out to us with a question
  • Translate data insights, partner feedback and industry trends into the teams’ short and long term priorities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand the partners' needs, identify gaps in our offerings and develop clear processes
  • Focus on results and know when ‘done is better than perfect’ – or when you should dig deeper in the facts

Qualifications

  • To be eligible for an internship, you must be enrolled as a student for the whole period of the internship at a University within the EU. Without this we won't be able to have you.
  • You are living in the Netherlands, close to Amsterdam (due to commuting purposes)
  • You are available full-time for 6 months
  • You’re highly energetic, curious and like getting things done
  • You’re often looking at things from a commercial perspective
  • You are not afraid to interact with colleagues and partners
  • You can work independently and have a great sense of responsibility
  • You can be in the office with the team in Amsterdam 3 days a week
  • Fluent in English

There’s something really nice about the Tiqets culture – everybody from day one is already very nice and welcoming. They’re proud to show you Tiqets. That’s what I find really fascinating about the people – they are so kind. It is fun to hang out with people in and outside the office.

I cherish the moments when colleagues from our headquarters in Amsterdam visit our office in Paris. Those face-to-face interactions go a long way in building connections beyond virtual communication.
