About the Crewing department

You will be part of the Crewing department which is located at our global HQ in Delft and responsible for our worldwide pool of offshore colleagues. From recruitment to development, from the right mindset to the right motivation, we support our operations by delivering skilled operators to run our global offshore projects. You will work under the guidance of the Crewing Coordinators and report to the Manager Crewing.

Your role as work student Crewing Support

In this role, you are responsible for varying administrative tasks that support the work of the Crewing Coordinators. You will also be the point of contact for our operators when it comes to, for example, questions about their timesheets or expenses. Next to that, you will get the freedom to think of improvements, initiate your own ideas and support with organising team events. You will be a real part of the team.

Regular activities

  • Provide administrative support (e.g. check and follow up on timesheets, set up labour invoices for agencies, reporting, e-mails etc.)
  • Help organising events (such as the "Operator Day")
  • Initiating and managing projects to improve the overall output of the Crewing department.

We ask

  • BSc or MSc student
  • Excellent communication skills in English (required)
  • A service-minded and problem-solving attitude
  • Minimum availability of 2 days per week
