In this role, you will join the Business Transformation Team of the Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Systems Business. In IGT, we make imaging equipment for Healthcare professionals, which they use to literally save millions of lives every year. Our mission is to help the IGT Business perform even better and make an even bigger positive impact in the future.

You are responsible for

  • Improving the training process as well as the training effectiveness for Lean and Continuous Improvement Tools( e.g problem solving or daily management) with looking at the training content, delivery method, planning, communication, and training site
  • Develop the new Business Transformation Daily Management structure
  • Support the team with organizing the Goals Flowdown and PEC events. (Goals Flowdown is a local IGT Systems event organized annually as part of Goal Setting process to align & handshake on the cross functional goals and enablers. The Philip​s Excellence Competition (PEC) is an internal event where Every year, thousands of Philips employees across the world participate by showing how they are working in teams to continuously improve; ​brin​ging the Philips Practices to life and living our behaviors.)
  • Co-create Business Transformation Identity materials to better communicate Business Transformation team and its role & responsibilities to the organization (new sharepoint/ teams site, communication pack,etc)

You are a part of

The IGT Systems Business Transformation team. We are a mature, diverse and international team, and we play at the center of the IGT Systems business priorities. We are working on the most important strategic and operational goals of the business. We are responsible for the Business transformation and help solve complex business problems, often involving several Functions and Markets.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Graduate or student of last year at Bachelor or Master studies in Communications, International Management, Economics, Business Innovation
  • Evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providers
  • Evidence of strong project management skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS office applications
  • Fluent English
  • Possibility to work full-time

In return, we offer you

A decent internship package consisting of:

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €900 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the landlord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €145,- net
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips products at our Philips shop.
