Job Description:
The Lead–Healthcare Systems Security leads a team responsible for security administration (user provisioning process, role management and related controls). Additionally, this position is responsible for compliance with healthcare-related regulatory requirements and leading access control & segregation of duty (SOD) compliance efforts. This Lead will make recommendations and assists in the implementation of changes to work methods and procedures to make them more effective or to strengthen security and compliance measures. This position facilitates collaboration with other functions to identify security and business solutions. He/She guides and trains colleagues to increase skill sets and knowledge. This position leads work functions to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
