About the role:

  • Talent acquisition: You will be responsible for the entire hiring plan, creating and posting vacancies to planning the interviews for Trading and Tech positions. We have already designed efficient processes, we will be happy if you improve them.
  • Branding: Website pages, Social media promotions, career days. You will be working to increasing the company visibility by connecting with universities and student associations of the relevant graduate programs to promote our company and organize in-house days, graduate events and recruitment days.
  • Onboarding: You will be responsible for our in-house onboarding and training programs. You welcome our new joiners, you structure their training and work with managers to ensure proper orientation and fast integration. You will be the first point of contact for our new employees and guide them towards a successful career within All Options.
  • This is a full time role and reports directly to CPO. You can work partially from home, partially from our offices in the center of Amsterdam, and you may even work from abroad. The role will grow as the company grows.

REQUIREMENTS

About you:

  • You have minimum 4 years hiring experience, preferably in a fast growing startup or a speedy Fin/tech environment. Coming from corporate/multinational environment, you want ownership and independence. You want to make a difference and be visible, you are tired of working in the background.
  • Experience in Technology field hiring is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with contagious energy. Able to influence stakeholders, structure processes and support managers.
  • Business focused, you are able to think and plan long term and be active and hands on the short term.
  • You are familiar with multiple cultures, you understand and respect cultural differences.
