Working as part of the sales and marketing team you will coordinate and deliver innovative and targeted marketing campaigns for one of the UKs largest house builders that drive sales results in line with Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire sales and marketing strategy.

What you will do:

  • Brief, coordinate and deliver bespoke, development-specific branding and brochures, both digital and printed, plus manage the approvals process
  • Be focused on performance and outcomes ensuring that a comprehensive set of performance indicators, standards and targets are in place within the areas of responsibility, which contribute to the objectives of the team
  • Utalising the sales CRM system ensuring records are accurately maintained and knowledge is utilised to inform a targeted/personalised approach to delivering excellent marketing campaigns and driving sales
  • Working with our external specialist marketing agencies and to develop a forward plan of target driven marketing and advertising campaigns on a site-specific basis, in line with budgets and sales targets
  • Developing all marketing materials including copywriting and issuing design briefs and ensuring materials are up to date and available to the sales team
  • Report on marketing activity to ensure a return on marketing investment (ROMI) is delivered using relevant tools such as google analytics and Taylor Wimpey’s marketing hub datasets
  • Produce sales and marketing reports to the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Maintain and upkeep of the company website and property portals ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
  • Manage external creative agencies and act as key point of contact
  • Manage the supply of relevant material and drawings in order to effectively deliver brochure content and floorplans, CGIs, scale models, photography and signage

What you will have:

  • An understanding of the marketing mix including digital marketing
  • The ability to use InDesign (preferred but not essential)
  • Relevant experience in a similar marketing role either within or outside of the industry is preferable
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage time efficiently
  • Excellent copywriting skills
