Talent Supply Chain ( TSC) is a corporate team focused on staffing projects (with internal talent) and workforce planning. This is a role which covers all aspects of the resourcing cycle from building relationships with hiring managers, preparing metrics driven reports for senior leadership, managing associates in the Talent Pool end to end including conducting interviews and finding their next assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Typical day to day responsibilities for this role will include:

·Engage with employees who are in the talent pool, assessing their skills, and identifying opportunities for them to be deployed to their next assignment within Cognizant

·Ensuring the talent pool is kept as low as possible and that our associates are fully utilized on billable assignments

·Manage reporting, tracking, and communications plans to support the Talent Pool management for the region.

·Develop knowledge of tools and applications to support business units in improving their staffing pyramid and utilization figures

·Participate in meetings and conduct presentations to increase awareness for business teams to fulfill client needs

·Work closely with other cross functional teams like Recruitment, Academy and Talent Management.
