We are pleased to share an exciting new role within the Client Development team. The Client Development Assistant Manager will work directly with the Client Development Manager (CDM) and Client Development Director (CDD) to support the wider team with a particular focus on client feedback and insight and our client leader population.

This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys strategically important projects and working with senior stakeholders. The successful individual will work to build the profile and offerings of the overall Client Development Team and more specifically with the client feedback & insight activity as well as supporting in the development of our C&I Executive lead LCSP priority. This is a dynamic role that will provide variety in a high paced environment, with the generation of new ideas encouraged and welcomed.

Your role

You will be required to work with the CDM and CDD to raise the profile of the Client Development team across the UK firm to elevate the brand, team profile and assets the Client Development team have to offer.

More specifics of the role are:

  • Support the amplification of the voice of the client: a strategic priority for the UK firm
  • Share client insights with the business to help build client relationships, enhance Deloitte’s reputation and enable new revenue opportunities
  • Support in all aspects of client relationship reviews and bid debriefs including scoping, interview support, analysing feedback and reporting.
  • Work with our offshore USI team to help facilitate feedback data management and reporting
  • Develop plans for capturing and sharing valuable Voice of the Client messages across C&I and our client leaders, including client ‘story telling’ of how we make an impact that matters
  • Work with the CDM and CDD to develop a cohesive approach to our client leader objectives
  • Work with CDM on the communication, engagement and delivery of UK-based LCSP development programmes
  • Take ownership of Client Development internal communications including intranet page, establishing a cadence of internal updates designed for broader C&I consumption, monitoring the Client Development email account and responding to queries from the business.
  • Work with our internal agency 368 to support on the development of creative deliverables
  • Produce regular reporting and updates for the C&I Leadership Team, C&I Managing Partner and C&I Executive
  • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Your professional experience

Essential:

  • Experience of running programmes and/or project management within a professional services environment or partnership
  • Confident in working with and engaging senior stakeholders
  • An acute attention to detail, confident in dealing with and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Comfortable working both individually and as part of a wider team
  • Proficient in Powerpoint and comfortable using hybrid tools such as Team/Zoom

Desirable:

  • Internal communications, change management or engagement experience
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
  • Knowledge of internal CRM systems i.e Salesforce.
