Your role

As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Relationship Management supporting our Early Careers program managers with pre-joiners.
  • Working alongside colleagues to manage Professional Qualifications and Apprenticeships for students including apprentices and supporting their engagement journey
  • Working with training providers and institutes
  • Ensuring quality of student data is maintained
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work alongside and provide cover for colleagues
  • Ownership of pre-joiner mailbox, all communications and query management
  • Developing FAQ for pre-joiners and internal Deloitte teams to increase understanding around professional qualifications
  • Inputting into systems and process updates to increase effectiveness of distributing information
  • Ensuring exam policies are updated and correctly referenced ahead of being issued with contracts
  • Working alongside the Team leader to ensure Quality Assurance framework
  • Ownership of workload for required Service line.
  • Understanding of the running and management of student inductions and support if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our professional education / early experience managers with advisory and query management that comes direct into Student Advisory Services team, you will be working alongside the business providing support and direction according to Learning and service lines ways of working. Collaborating with the learning function/early careers teams and fostering an environment of continuous improvement
  • Understand the ECD, Apprenticeship strategies, and annual plan that supports the business, specifically the qualification requirements and planning, making suggestions for improvement where relevant.
  • Work with pre-joiners to ensure their journey with Deloitte is as smooth as possible, working with other internal teams to ensure students are on-boarded smoothly and in line with Deloitte Standards
  • Managing all pre-joiners accordingly and keep all appropriate platforms updated.
  • Understanding and supporting the on-boarding processes, with the HRRP and Onboarding team, to ensure Governance and delivery of policies and contracts. Work closely with professional education to ensure enrolments are actioned and issues are escalated.
  • Work closely with the business in supporting Student induction events, particularly on-boarding our new student population. If required, booking venues/locations to support logistics.
  • Support service line technical induction programmes, and integrate other platforms requiring content, to drive continuous improvement of ECD induction

Financial management

  • Experience or exposure to project management principles and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage concurrent activities ensuring appropriate risk management
  • Supporting wider teams in understanding policies and procedures on service the team provide, but also managing peaks of workload across the business

Problem solving

  • Ability to solve complex issues where precedents are set, seeking guidance where necessary; takes a new perspective on existing solutions with experience of contributing to process improvements

Technical skills

  • A strong baseline of core Professional Education including awareness of relationships between training providers and Professional bodies. With an understanding of all professional qualifications and apprenticeship programmes desirable.
  • Ability to self-learn internal systems and utilise technology for process improvements

  • Reporting on service to business stakeholders
