At OnLogic we have ambitious business goals for company growth. The Marketing Manager Europe needs to architect the corresponding marketing goals, co-develop and localize innovative marketing campaigns and lead a team of experienced marketing professionals to help get us there.

You would immediately dive in to manage the inbound lead generation in pursuit of doubling OnLogic’s brand awareness in our European focus countries , growing their online revenue by 50%, and increasing our inbound leads by 70% - in line with our growth goals for 2022. You will also work closely with our partnership team to accelerate our European solutions offering, all while developing your team to ensure they are growing in their careers and in their contribution to the company.

On an average day, you’ll…

  • Generate inbound marketing traffic in Europe for the existing product portfolio through management of and collaboration with the inbound lead generation team that spans digital advertising, content marketing, PR, email, social and event marketing.
  • Collaborate with your marketing leadership peers to understand new and existing products for campaigns each quarter and create marketing plans for localization of those campaigns.
  • Communicate with leaders at our network of partners to develop co-marketing activities and secure market development funds.
  • Project manage the implementation of product marketing plans with your team, the design team and the ecommerce team.
  • Collaborate with Sales to gather customer intelligence on the efficacy of marketing tactics.
  • Report on product marketing campaign performance in your focus regions and determine actions with your marketing leadership peers.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to manage the selection and reporting of lead generation metrics as well as tracking expenses, ensuring the marketing budget is allocated for both short-term and long-term returns
  • Enable professional development for your lead generation team through open and honest feedback and development plans for employee growth and empowerment
  • Ensure we have sufficient resources to meet the skill-set demands of our projected growth - continuously building the European dream team of marketers

Our talented Marketing and Ecommerce team has digital marketers, copywriters, designers and communication experts. As a team, we want to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in industrial computing. Marketing is involved in developing marketing campagnes, producing stunning product catalogs, maintaining our social media channels, writing website content and laughing at each other's jokes on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • You’ve worked in international environments where you have gained a strong understanding of localized inbound marketing as well as B2B marketing and ecommerce models
  • You have many stories about building and developing teams that you’ve managed and lessons learned on how to hold teams accountable
  • You have stacks of marketing campaign briefs that you’ve created that clearly state the campaign success metrics, target audience, positioning strategy, key messages with target keywords, content plan, promotional channels and conversion paths
  • You have repeatedly defined key performance indicators for projects and campaigns and consistently achieved them through the work of yourself and others
  • You are a strong project manager and communicator, that can work through teams to implement projects on-time and within budget
  • You can quickly learn and gain understanding about technical products in order to effectively market them

Benefits

The salary range for this role is €4000,- to € 6000,- per month. We determine final compensation based on conversations with applicants and their experience in similar roles. Besides a base salary we will offer you a comprehensive Benefits package which includes:
