Job Purpose

In this role you will part of our Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing team who work collaboratively to deliver the firms strategy. You will be proactive and organised and have a passion for inclusion, diversity and wellbeing.

The ID&W Advisor will be working in a environment where no two days are the same. Working alongside the ID&W advisor and ID&W Administrator in the team, you will own and be responsible for driving ID&W activity with a focus on wellbeing.

Whilst supporting the delivery of day to day improvements, the role will require you to implement and embed a range of ID&W initiatives and action plans.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the recruitment and management of our annual mental health first aider cohort.
  • Work with external providers on wellbeing training.
  • Work with our junior leadership teams and wellmakers to support service line wellbeing activity.
  • Take responsibility for organising and planning content for monthly wellbeing drop in sessions.
  • Launch and manage wellbeing surveys.
  • Set agendas and support driving actions from wellbeing steering committee meetings.
  • Continuously support the recruitment and engagement of our well maker group.
  • Support with policy reviews.
  • Review and update wellbeing educational content being shared on our internal hub.
  • Lead wellbeing campaigns that link with our inclusion calendar
  • Support in the production and completion of I&D benchmarks and associated awards.
  • Day to day engagement with our networks. As part of this, building relationships and providing support and guidance to enable them to achieve their objectives.
  • Work closely with the ID&W team and wider P&C to ensure successful delivery of ID&W projects. As part of this, take ownership of small projects and drive delivery on these.
  • Provide day to day guidance in relation to the agenda both within the people and culture team, but also more widely within the firm.
  • Undertake regular monitoring and data analysis and measure progress against key deliverables.
  • Keep up to date in key developments or research and use this insight to update firm policies.
  • Draft internal communication on ID&W initiatives and events.
  • Build relationships with external providers such as Stonewall.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Have an enthusiasm for all ID&W
  • Behaviours consistent with Mazars values, a positive individual who can demonstrate they are truly a team player and a key part of the People & Culture team.
  • Curiosity around technology, creativity and innovation, sound data analytics experience and the ability to generate insight through systems and tools.
  • Experience of working in an advisory capacity in a similar role.
  • Be highly organised, with the ability to initiate, organise and prioritise work independently.
  • Be proactive and have the ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Be a confident communicator who has excellent attention to detail.
  • Candidates would also be considered from broader HR professionals who have worked on wellbeing or inclusion related projects.
