About the Role

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for leading the team’s efforts in acquiring new end users to book tours and activities through FareHarbor’s newly launched B2C initiatives. You are a relentless, data-driven and experimental growth marketer. You constantly analyze data to optimize ROAS-positive campaigns, end under-performing ones and spin up new campaign strategies.

We are looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial marketing mind who can think outside the box and come up with creative ideas to generate more online revenue.

What you’ll do here:

  • Develop and lead execution of a performance marketing strategy across various channels globally (primarily Google Ads and Social)
  • Track and analyze performance and online conversion data to optimize for growth
  • Develop and execute campaign and copy optimization strategies
  • Proactively manage paid search and paid social to agreed ROAS targets
  • Continuously optimize through experimentation by formulating hypotheses and documenting results and learnings
  • Report performance metrics to leadership and internal stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years experience in online growth marketing at scale across regions and languages, and managing large budgets
  • Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Google Ads and Social Media Platforms, with a strong understanding of how to optimize campaigns for post-click conversion
  • Experience using analytics tools/platforms (namely Google Analytics) and the ability to extract actionable insights from data
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset
  • Strong entrepreneurial and creative mindset
  • Results and delivery focused mindset
  • Ability to synthesize situational information to formulate new strategies.
  • Flexibility in being able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally)
  • Strategic thinker with a hands on mentality
  • Advanced understanding of SEO and how it relates to paid search strategy
