We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our fast-growing Global Digital Marketing community and help us continuously enhance our Global Digital Marketing capabilities and performance across 50+ countries.

Join our passionate and fast-paced organization to be the product owner of our content management platform, champion lead generation and constantly bring our Digital Marketing performance to the next level across EMEA, Americas and Asia-Pacific. You will be the Digital Marketing subject matter expert who will closely work together with our international network of like-minded Digital Marketing professionals and knows how to train, educate, and enable them in an engaging way. You will provide guidance to grow their website traffic, lead generation and opportunity pipeline whilst utilizing our tools in the most efficient way. The function reports to the Group Director Digital Marketing.

Your key responsibilities

For Digital Marketing Management, you will lead our global Digital Marketing Community in executing our Digital Marketing strategy, ensure engagement, collaboration, alignment and best practice sharing. You will build strong relationships with global stakeholders and act as their strategic Digital Marketing advisor. You will also:

  • Educate and enable stakeholders to enhance adoption of technology and increase digital marketing skills and performance
  • Review technical, on-page and off-page SEO strategies and recommend continuous improvements
  • Conduct keyword analysis for SEO & PPC campaigns, challenge and advise local and business stakeholders on opportunities and required content creation
  • Analyze data and visitor behavior across every touchpoint in our omni-channel customer journeys and share actionable insights and advice with stakeholders
  • Monitor and advise stakeholders on continuous optimization of the customer experience, conversion rate optimization and lead generation on our owned and paid channels
  • Take ownership of and continuously improve our Lead Management Process
  • Provide guidance to continuously improve Digital Marketing & Sales alignment in the countries and adoption of global lead management KPIs
  • Define and execute case-by-case strategy and planning for website integrations of acquired companies, in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Closely collaborate with Group Manager Marketing Automation and Digital Designer on integrated end-to-end campaigns and landing pages
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics team to set up and maintain performance dashboards, provide periodic and ad hoc reporting
  • Identify use cases and translate to back-end requirements, coordinate implementation by Group stakeholders or agency

Besides Digital Marketing management, you will also be Product Owner, to initiate new features for our websites and gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure these are captured in the backlog. You will also:

  • Create, refine & prioritize user stories, define development sprints in collaboration with Digital Designer and the agency
  • Test and accept user stories, roll out and adoption of new features in the organization
  • Provide CMS trainings and user enablement

Your skills

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in Inbound Marketing and Lead generation in an international B2B environment and is an expert in Digital Marketing with understanding of it’s technical aspects. You also recognize yourself in the following skills:

  • Strong experience in technical, on-page & off-page SEO
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC and other relevant Digital Marketing tools
  • Experience in stakeholder management, training, education & enablement
  • Proven record in working with Content Management Systems
  • Solid understanding of Google Stack: Analytics / Search Console / Ads / Tag Manager
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus

Your profile

  • Degree in (Digital) Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing in an international organization
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English – must be fluent in writing as well as spoken
  • A Dutch or EU work- & residence permit is required
