Orderchamp is an online B2B marketplace that brings brands and retailers together to transform the wholesale experience. We believe that the buying model through trade-fairs, on-the-road sales reps and cash&carry centers is in need of a digital boost. What are we looking for:

Orderchamp is seeking a full-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. We are looking for a pro-active software support advocate that understands how to work with customers to get the most out of our products and increase their success in our vibrant wholesale marketplace.

The customer experience team loves helping customers. You will be responsible for making the day of over 50,000 entrepreneurial retailers and brands across Europe. No worries, you're not doing that alone! You'll be working a lot with brand sales, retail sales, product, development, marketing, finance, category management, HR.... well, basically the entire Orderchamp team. That is because this role connects the dots. You're the person that understands our customers and knows whatever they're dealing with - and you solve (potential) issues at the root. You're an upcoming Orderchamp encyclopaedia, that improves the customer experience from A to Z.

This role is vital to our growth since you help our brands and retailers grow, you educate them, gather their feedback, all while building long-lasting relationships. In the end of the day, their success is our success. On a daily basis, you'll drive brand and retailer engagement through phone and email correspondence. You'll be a key asset in making sure that our customers have a top notch marketplace experience. You love to help customers; you mitigate challenges, drive opportunities and are pro-actively following up with them.

Requirements:

  • 1- 3 years experience in customer support/success, preferably software solutions;
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, being able to navigate between different mediums (phone, chat, e-mail, etc.);
  • Great people skills and able to manage/mediate between competing priorities;
  • Great time management & organizational skills;
  • Ability to easily pickup software applications with ease (Zendesk, Planhat, Aircall);
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Asset: Fluency in German and/or French;
  • Asset: experience in ecommerce, retail and/or B2B.

You will:

  • Drive the marketplace experience to a new level, making it your mission to foster long-lasting relationships: our customers can always rely on you;
  • Provide excellent support for all inbound requests from existing retail & brand customers via chats, calls, tickets, email, notifications, and other feedback mediums;
  • Gather product feedback on the client's use of the platform and tackle recurring issues to minimise support queries;
  • Help & educate our new and existing customers on Orderchamp internal policies, manage order processing & fulfilment and improve product content/settings;
  • Improve and scale our help-center to drive pro-active customer engagement;
  • Assist our retailers with purchase decisions and product curation for their stores;
  • Learn everything you can about retail, wholesale and e-commerce and its trends in our interesting and dynamic market;
