Orderchamp is an online B2B marketplace that brings brands and retailers together to transform the wholesale experience. We believe that the outdated buying model of trade-fairs, on-the-road sales reps and cash&carry centers is in need of a digital revamp. The majority of our team was responsible for SaaS ecommerce platform, SEOshop, which was acquired by Lightspeed before recently going public (TSX:LSPD). What we are looking for

Orderchamp is seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Amsterdam. You will be at the forefront of our success by being the first point of contact for our brands, ensuring we have relevant supply for our retailers and balancing sales efficiency. We are looking for a junior commercial go-getter, that knows how to source, qualify and nurture our leads in a high-energy inside sales environment. This is your entry into a high-growth startup to develop yourself as a commercial rockstar.

You are responsible for sourcing and identifying new business opportunities through phone and email correspondence. You will curate and qualify leads, gather all necessary information in our CRM and nurture them towards the negotiation stage, while ensuring curation hygiene and supporting the sales process. You are the gate-keeper to our exclusive wholesale marketplace and thus one of the biggest assets in the team - and you'll learn from the best! Compensation involves a competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions.

Requirements:

  • Academic (HBO/WO) thinking level;
  • 0.5 - 2 years experience in sales, preferably software solutions;
  • Successful track-record in (over)scoring targets;
  • Great time management & organizational skills;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, preferably French;
  • Asset: experience in ecommerce, retail and/or B2B.

You will:

  • Generate leads - curate and find the right leads (high-value brands) for our brand partnership managers (BPMs), know our catalog base inside out and find gaps we need to fill in our assortment. Work with marketing to drive content for inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
  • Qualify leads - prepare leads so that they are correctly prioritised in our CRM: cleaning, scoring and routing leads in the most efficient way to optimize the sales process.
  • Reach out - reach out to qualified leads to answer questions and prepare them for the next step of the sales funnel. You’ll be the first point of contact in the company - a major responsibility!
  • Ensure hygiene - making sure brands offer good margins and have their full collection on Orderchamp. Explain them our guidelines for success.
  • Support the sales proces - answer questions from interested brands, collaborate with BPM’s on optimizing the funnel. Prep to close the brands.
  • Manage referrals - work with top of the funnel brands that are referred by our high-quality retailers and optimize the proces.
  • Work on special projects to grow your skills and prepare yourself for your next gig in sales or other opportunities within our company.
