What are we looking for:
Orderchamp is seeking a full-time Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam/Berlin. We are looking for a pro-active marketplace advocate that understands how to navigate the high-volume amount of brands we onboard every month, in order to help them get the most out of our products and increase their success in our vibrant wholesale marketplace.
The onboarding team loves helping customers. You will be responsible for guiding hundreds of new brands per month with their start on our platform. No worries, you're not doing that alone! You'll be working a lot with brand sales, the product team & category management - and help improve our self-service onboarding. That is because this role connects the technical dots with regards to getting our brands live. You're the person that understands that we have to make a perfect initial impression when it comes to their representation on the platform - and you solve (potential) issues at the root.
On a daily basis, you'll drive brand engagement through phone and email correspondence. This role is vital to our growth since you help our brands get started, you educate them, gather their feedback, all while building long-lasting relationships. In the end of the day, their success is our success. Using a new platform can be a hassle for a new brand, but that won't be the case once they meet you! You'll be managing the onboarding of new brands and make sure they can easily import their catalogue from their system to our marketplace (partly by helping us improve our product). You'll be a key asset in making sure that our brands have a top notch experience. You live to help a customer; you mitigate challenges, drive opportunities and are pro-actively following up with them.
