Based in Reckitt’s CHQ, this is an exciting opportunity to join Reckitt’s Global Insights and Analytics Centre of Excellence. You will be part of a team tasked with building, developing and delivering our global insights and reporting capability with the focus on understanding our consumers, through data. The role will deliver a variety of data analytics projects from start to finish, ranging from answering specific business questions via data, through to ground-breaking global data science and predictive analytics projects that revolutionise the way the business currently operates.

Scope:

- Support to the establishment of consistent, best-in-class Media Measurement framework and Evaluation capability,

- Support the go-forward data strategy which will enable Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning capabilities.

- Support on the generation and maintenance of global success models through Meta Analysis.

- Work closely with Reckitt stakeholders to scope and define their Media analytics needs

- Work closely with External Partners to identify the right methodology / solution to address Markets needs

- It is necessary to understand mar-tech/ad-tech solutions and how they ensure delivery of specific business questions/hypothesis.

- Support different Markets to design effective and successful Test & Learn Pilots.

- Support Data scientists from different Markets to set up properly econometric models

- Run validation on the outcome of Test & Learn and Business as Usual activities

- Work closely with Data Scientists & Digital Marketing Analysts to improve data visualisation and reporting, ensuring insights derived from the projects.

- Understand how different datasets play a role in designing the appropriate solutions

- Ensure all insights and reports are rooted in showing business performance.

Role Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Experience of designing, coordinating, and analysing A/B tests

- Strong Advanced Analytical skills, working experience with Advanced Analytics solutions like (MMX & MTA), familiarity with Nielsen and IRI solutions will be considered as a plus

- Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Analytics / CRM / Media Measurement reporting in a global organisation

- Project management capabilities with experience of deploying media measurement and analytics capability.

- Deep understanding of digital Media Channels inc, PPC / Google Ads, Paid social etc.

- Experience in driving insights by explaining the “why” behind the Media performance (familiarity with Media KPIs and how they can combined with Sales KPIs to drive insights is a must)Understanding on how Clustering / Segmentation Techniques works and how can be used to segment Audiences and develop attribution Models

- Data analytics – such as statistical model selection and network analysis

- Programming ability (like R, Python or other data analysis relevant languages), is not a requirement but will be considered as a plus

- Story-telling and data visualisation – including the visualisation of insights drawn from data. PowerBI knowledge will be considered as a plus

- Make the Complex Simple – The ability to explain to the end user, what has been done to deliver the solution.

- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, Data Models, and technologies.

- Proficient knowledge of MS office and especially Powerpoint and Excel.

Desired Skills/Experience

- 2-3 years of Working experience with Advanced Analytics either from Agency or Manufacturer side.

- Understanding of and experience with 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data, media measurement and marketing data.

- Experience of working in a regulated environment

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across regions and cultures to establish a network.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to recognise when escalation is required to avoid disappointment.

- Experience of the D2C channel / E-Commerce will be considered as a plus

- Experience in CRM will be considered as a plus
