Everyone at Quin is driven by the same mission: building solutions that will transform healthcare.” - Mara, Lead Recruitment

Hi, we are People & Culture, Quin team of people’s hearts. Not ‘just’ for our treasured colleagues, but for (potentially) millions of patients who use our app to look up their symptoms and connect with the right medical support. Given our growth rate (fast), ambition level (high), and appetite for talent (insatiable 😉), we are upping our people game while building a company people love to work in. For HR, that means maturing our ways of working (e.g., by embracing new tools) and instilling our purpose, learning & development, and brand values into the DNA of the product domains.

As for recruiting: we use data and insights to design a successful talent acquisition approach and intensifying our talent attraction endeavours to ensure there is always more talented light at the end of the funnel.

As our HR Officer

You assume responsibility for all HR administrative endeavours. Given our transition from a scale-up to a product-led organisation, this calls for flexibility as well as prioritizing your workload, so you need to leverage all of your experience and skills to maximise your impact. Experience with onboarding and offboarding? Great! But rest assured, we have your back, and you can always tap into the insights of your peers: people who’ve been around the block and will gladly help you out. Your skill and dedication greatly contribute to Quin’s future growth, and the pay-off comes with a serving of ‘moral satisfaction’ to boot. That’s because we are a purpose-driven organisation, and your energy and enthusiasm ultimately makes health care more straightforward, personal, and future-proof.

A purpose worth investing in! Of note: at Quin, pioneering is the name of the game. Nothing is set in stone yet, so conceptual prowess and a forward-thinking mindset are welcome.

As HR Officer, you report to our HR Lead and Systems, Anne and work in tandem with People Advisors, Kim and Anne Laure.

Concrete topics you’ll zoom in on:

  • Onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Payroll;
  • Optimizing HR processes;
  • Implementing improving HR tools.

How do you make us better?

If you are a HR Officer with experience with:

  • Administrative Human Resources tasks with roughly 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree, even better in HR;
  • You love to set up camp outside of the box: the best ideas require an outside-in perspective;
  • Solid EXCEL and Office skills;
  • If you add payroll knowledge to the team (not mandatory, but willing to learn);
  • 32-40 hours a week available;
  • The ability to truly connect with our employees: you know what makes people tick, and how to keep the resulting show on the road;
  • You feel at home in a fluid environment (change is the only constant!) and love to shoot the breeze with highly skilled peers

...then this job is right for you!

What will you get from us?

We hope the opportunity to future-proof healthcare with us gets your adrenaline pumping. That’s what makes your colleagues tick. Speaking of which, you’ll work with talented, international teammates who are always happy to bounce ideas off each other, so learning from peers is a given. We accelerate the learning curve through our (buzz incoming) career development program, which helps you plot the optimal Quin course and empowers you to reach personal goals quicker.

We support flexibility and work life balance, and offer a hybrid work environment. 60/40 is what we aim for. But given our prime location (the former Netflix building), you may find yourself gravitating towards HQ more often. If only to challenge a colleague in our gaming room, grab a meal in our cafeteria, participate in bootcamps, join our regular learning sessions and lunch lectures.

*For this role we do not provide relocation.

We are developing the world’s first AI-based healthcare support app. Our digital platform helps identify health issues quickly and empowers users to get the right medical care at the right time. Our platform is built from the ground up - with emphasis on simplicity and a great user experience - in close cooperation with international software and medical experts.
