The role

Studytube is looking for a talented copywriter who can help us take our content marketing to the next level. From snappy blog posts and press releases to in-depth e-books and long-form articles, you make sure that you pull the right strings in the right tone of voice. In that way, you will strengthen both our brand presence and our position as an L&D authority, and you will ensure high-quality and relevant leads.

As a copywriter, you will be a part of our brilliant Marketing Team. You will join a skilled squad of highly motivated online marketing specialists, content marketeers and growth hackers, who will rely on you for both short-form and long-form content that perfectly addresses our customers’ needs and the current L&D trends.

Key responsibilities

  • You write excellent copy in all shapes and sizes, in line with our tone of voice;
  • You are up to date with everything that is going on in the buzzing L&D and EdTech atmosphere, and proactively propose new topics to write about;
  • You know what our target audience needs, and know how to activate them with your copy;
  • You write all kinds of copy, from blog articles, e-books and press releases to video scripts, webpages and social posts;
  • You know how to edit and assess the quality of other writers’ work;
  • You like desk research and interviewing sources to make your content as valuable as possible;
  • You improve our existing content, helped by data and audience insights;
  • You work closely with our video producers, graphic designers and copywriters to develop killer content that appeals to our target audience;
  • You know how to transform complex material into an easy-to-read, relevant piece of content.

Qualifications

  • You are an HBO or VWO graduate, who majored in communications, journalism or similar;
  • You have 3 - 7 years of professional writing experience;
  • You have an unmatched feel for language;
  • You have a solid understanding of SEO;
  • You are enthusiastic, ambitious, driven and curious;
  • You work plan-based, independently and highly organised;
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English;
  • Bonus: you have worked in a SaaS company before.
