As Delivery manager at Emakina your core mission will be to lead an integrated team with highly skilled project managers. The focus will be on growth projects (growth projects are our digital marketing projects, ranging from Data to CRO to CRM to Content). You will have a client facing role and you will be end-responsible for the processes on these projects. Together you are helping our clients with growth, revenue and achieving their ambitions.
You will build trust and credibility both with the client and team members as the partner for driving growth and the leader in running effective growth programs.
Operations: Ensure the seamless and timely execution of all Growth client deliverables, while implementing a way of working over all different team, to keep things running smoothly as we scale and achieve top tier results for our clients
Management: Support and lead our Growth Project Managers team with daily operations in projects and processes.
Management Teams: As a member of the Growth Services Management Team (MT) you will be reporting back on internal processes and important client updates. As part of the Delivery MT, you will report back on all Growth project statuses to the other departments.
Sales, Marketing, and Client Success: Collaborate with team leaders to ensure systems and processes integrate with the bigger picture and vision and are scalable. Contribute to client pitches (pre-sales activities) to ensure planning, budget and way of working are coherent with the overall offer. Also involved in other client meetings.
Team: Work with the team to delegate responsibilities and create a culture of ownership and accountability. Keep an eye on the Growth PM team billability and resource needs within the Growth department.
