In 2020, HEINEKEN launched EVERGREEN, our new Strategy and Way of Working. The Supply Chain Transformation Team ​settles and facilitates this new way of working​ in order to ​make the change stick across our global teams and operating companies.

We are looking for an intern to support on the delivery of the transformation. You will be contributing to the transformation at large, by ensuring the correct and up-to-date registration and follow-up of initiatives and programme deployments, developing supporting transformation material and supporting in continuous improvement in our ways of working.

As an intern, you will be fully onboarded in the team, learn about transformation and the organization of supply chain in an international environment whilst contributing to our delivery of EverGreen. On daily level you will work in our international cross functional transformation team consisting of Supply Chain, Change and Communication and Finance.

The internship is based in our Schiphol office and available per 12 September for the duration of 6 months.

Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.

Your responsibilities

In this internship you will be responsible for:

  • EverGreen initiatives and deployment support
  • Create insights for global and regional teams on progress achieved, by combining various sources of information
  • Support Global Initiatives Owners in the development of guidance material and videos on logging and tracking initiatives
  • Collaborate with the teams in the regions to ensure correct allocation of initiatives
  • Support in creating insight in the Supply Chain deployment portfolio
  • Development of transformation material
  • Content development for our transformation portal and catalogue
  • Preparation of regular transformation updates and support material

Your profile

You are a student in a relevant field of study (eg Business, Supply Chain Management) and you have the following:

  • Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually
  • Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal
  • A pragmatic approach with a can-do mentality
  • You are experienced with translating data into relevant information
  • You can work individually and remotely, but are also confident in in-person engaging with stakeholders of different levels of seniority, in order to meet timelines and deliverables
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, PowerBI, TEAMS, Sharepoint)
